Yes, I knew Ann McCarty quite well. We dated quite a lot during the latter half of our senior year and up to Christmas of 1965. She was the first love of my life. You know, the one you always remember. I always liked her bright, bubbly and engaging personality. She was smart and well spoken. I loved her beautiful face and smile, not to mention her va, va, va voom bod! I really remember her laugh as being a little loud, but very infectious and contagious. A good sense of humor. A down-to-earth and real person. No affectations. A joyous memory in my life. 

I always wondered what happened to her and why she never attended our class reunions. A few years ago, I called her brother who still lives in Broome County and he gave me her phone number. I nervously phoned her and we spoke frankly and freely for about a half hour. She appears to be doing quite well as a physicians assistant near Greensboro, North Carolina. She has two grown up boys and is divorced. That's about all the info I have on her. She sent me an email a few months back and told me she's interested in coming to the next reunion. So, get a hold of her. She's good people. It would be fun and interesting to see her again.
